Introduction :

The development site is near the intersection of No. 3 Road and Cambie Street in Richmond, British Columbia. It is six pieces of land, with a total area of 109,294 SQFT and a maximum buildable construction area of 327882 square feet. It’s the international city corporation ‘2.3 Acre GEC project’ between Morris Groups and CIBT.

Highlights：

Currently, the project includes commercial, retail, residential, and education area. Commercial and educational space will stand for about 30%, with the remaining 70% being residential units (hotel rooms and serviced apartments).
